BLANCO BASIC LINE

One system, lots of colours, a thousand possibilities.

The BLANCO BASIC LINE follows a simple principle: Perfect food presentation for every taste and budget. The linear form, modular construction and high degree of functionality offer complete freedom – for any design, for any setting and for any investment budget.

BLANCO BASIC LINE emphasises the presentation. All food and beverages are attractively, hygienically and proactively put in the limelight – from an early bird breakfast to a midnight snack.

BLANCO BASIC LINE is suitable for installation as a single free-flow module and for installation in-line and along the wall. The modular design principle ensures that the operating modules are fully accessible even when installed along a wall.

BLANCO BASIC LINE Hot buffet system
For keeping food hot optimally and for an outstanding presentation.
  • Top surface made of high-quality stainless steel
  • Underframe made of powder-coated thin sheet galvanised on both sides
  • With 3 or 4 bain-marie wells seamlessly welded in the top surface and with a central safety drain valve
  • Wells can be heated wet and dry and are separately controllable
  • Temperature range of the wells: +30 °C to +95 °C
  • Including heat bridge made of CNS with separately switched ceramic radiators, 1 radiator per well.
  • Guest-side, fold-down tray slide made of
    CNS round tube
  • Guest-side sneeze guard made of
    ESG safety glass, pass-through height of 275 mm

Basic Line colours 8 BASIC colours are available for side faces and panels (standard colour: stone grey). Front panels can be individually made from different materials. Just ask!
